Republican Women of Wood County is a big proponent of reading and especially reading about our government and nation.

Therefore the Literacy Committee chaired by Janie Walenta, presented Wood County Schools with tools

to help in learning about our government in the form of books for their libraries.

This year Lynne Cheney's Book We the People was presented to local schools by Janie Walenta and Sara Phillips on behalf of RWWC.  It is always nice to hear back from the librarians!
